What the scorecard is

The scorecard is a self-guided operational reflection tool for allied-health, wellbeing, human-performance, and related practices. It turns categorical answers about non-clinical administration into a general friction score and a short action plan.

What it is not

CASELOADOPS is not a practice-management system, electronic health record, clinical system, patient portal, booking service, billing service, compliance service, or emergency service. Its output is not clinical, legal, financial, tax, HR, health, compliance, or other professional advice.

Your use

• Use the scorecard only for general non-clinical operational reflection.
• Do not attempt to enter patient, client, clinical, claim, payment, credential, or sensitive information.
• Use your own judgment and appropriate professional advice before changing regulated, clinical, employment, privacy, financial, or legal practices.
• Do not treat the score or band as a benchmark, certification, diagnosis, guarantee, or audit result.

No account, submission, or payment

This scorecard does not create an account, submit answers, store history, take payment, book work, or create a client relationship. Any future paid service would require a separate scope, agreement, price, privacy boundary, and approval.

Availability and accuracy

The scorecard provides general suggestions in good faith. Operational conditions differ between practices, and no particular time, revenue, compliance, staffing, or service outcome is guaranteed. The tool may be changed, corrected, or withdrawn.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
