Privacy
The scorecard is designed to work without collecting, storing, or transmitting your answers.
The short version
This CASELOADOPS candidate calculates your result in the memory of the browser tab you are using. It has no account, database, analytics, advertising, contact form, upload, payment, or submission feature. Refreshing or closing the page removes the answers and result.
What the scorecard asks
The scorecard asks five categorical questions about non-clinical practice operations, including intake time, follow-up reliability, admin friction, documentation time, and overall admin load.
It does not ask for names, contact details, business identifiers, free text, files, payment details, credentials, patient or client information, clinical information, appointment records, or claim information.
What happens in your browser
- Your selected answers are held only in JavaScript memory for the active page.
- The scoring model calculates a result locally.
- Start again clears the in-memory answers and result.
Network and storage boundary
The application contains no analytics, pixels, trackers, third-party scripts, remote media, cookies, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, service worker, webhook, or form action. Its content security policy denies network connections and form submissions.
If this static site is later hosted publicly, the hosting provider may process ordinary request metadata needed to deliver the files, such as an IP address, timestamp, requested path, and browser user agent. CASELOADOPS does not add application analytics or connect that request metadata to scorecard answers.
Sensitive information
Do not try to put patient, client, clinical, claim, payment, credential, or other sensitive information into CASELOADOPS. The scorecard has no free-text or upload field for that reason.
Future features
A future contact, account, integration, or stored-history feature would be a separate capability with its own approved data map, consent, security, retention, provider, and privacy controls. This policy does not claim that such a feature exists or is approved.

Privacy questions can be directed to the operator using the verified contact details supplied through an approved Sigillate Industries channel. This static scorecard intentionally does not activate a contact link or collect an enquiry.
